KickFit Minds Program
A dynamic wellbeing program helping young men connect, rebuild and re-engage
What is KickFit Minds?
KickFit Minds is an 8-week group program designed to support teenage boys in building confidence, emotional strength, and a clearer sense of direction — through movement, guided conversation, and structured activities.
It’s made for young blokes who don’t respond to formal settings, but who still need the space and tools to work on themselves. Every session is built around martial arts–inspired physical activity, structured group work, and guided discussion — all delivered by a
qualified ACA registered counsellor.
How It Works
Each 60-minute session includes:
– Check-in – A casual start to see how everyone’s tracking
– Martial arts principle of the week – Themes like discipline, focus, and resilience
– Movement – Muay Thai–based drills and pad work
– Structured group activity – Hands-on work exploring the weekly topic
– Discussion – Guided conversations in a safe, supportive setting
– Action planning – Each participant leaves with a clear, practical takeaway
Program details:

Who It’s For
KickFit Minds is for teenage boys who:
– Feel disconnected from school, mates, or themselves
– Bottle things up but struggle to talk in formal settings
– Lack confidence or motivation
– Need a structure that feels safe, active, and relatable
They don’t need to be sporty or outspoken. Just willing to show up and give it a go
What They’ll Get From It
– More confidence and self-belief
– A sense of direction and purpose
– Better social and emotional skills
– Strategies for handling stress and emotion
– Improved physical and mental wellbeing
– Connection to peers who are facing similar challenges
– The ability to reflect and make more grounded decisions.
This program builds accountability, personal insight and leadership — not just in theory,
but in practice.
Who's Running It
Andy Clement
I’m a qualified ACA counsellor and personal trainer with years of experience working with
young men in schools, one-on-one settings, and community spaces.
I created KickFit Minds to give young blokes something I wish existed earlier — a place to
move, open up, and figure out who they are without judgement or pressure.
