Helping Young Men Find Their Way
Bloke2Bloke started out as a one-on-one counselling service. The idea was simple — offer support to blokes who were doing it tough, in a way that felt real and down to earth. But it didn’t take long to realise that sitting across from someone in a room doesn’t work for everyone. In fact, for a lot of young men, it can be the very thing that stops them from opening up. Once I saw that, I knew something had to change — and I quickly realised that group-based programs had the power to connect, engage, and create impact in a way that individual sessions sometimes couldn’t. That shift became the foundation for what Bloke2Bloke is now — something dynamic, practical, and effective.
Bloke2Bloke exists to give young men something different. A space that’s real, relatable, and built to help them move forward — without being told who they should be or how they should act.
Life’s complicated. Especially for young blokes navigating a world full of noise, pressure, and mixed messages. At Bloke2Bloke, we combine movement with meaningful conversations to help young men build confidence, reconnect with themselves, and create a life that feels more like their own.
Why We Do What We Do
Right now, too many young men are feeling lost, disconnected, or like they just don’t fit. Whether it’s pressure to act a certain way, the stress of keeping up online, or just feeling like no one really gets what they’re going through — it’s clear something’s missing.
We want to change that.
At Bloke2Bloke, we believe young men need a space where they can:
– Talk openly without fear of judgement
– Build self-confidence and resilience
– Understand their values and purpose
– Learn real-life tools for managing stress, relationships, and setbacks
By helping them reconnect with themselves, we help them reconnect with life.
A Different Kind of Support for Young Men
We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. What we offer is a mind-and-body approach that speaks directly to how young men work and think.
Our programs bring together:
– Martial arts and team-based fitness drills
– Guided group discussions around real issues
– Practical tools for mental wellbeing and emotional regulation
– Hands-on activities that build trust, discipline, and self-respect
– A small, supportive environment where no one gets lost in the crowd
The goal is to help young men become more aware of who they are, more confident in where they’re going, and better equipped to deal with life’s challenges.
Meet Andy – The Bloke Behind Bloke2Bloke
My name’s Andy, and I’m the founder of Bloke2Bloke and the KickFit Minds program. I’m an ACA registered counsellor and a qualified personal trainer, but just as importantly, I’m someone who has lived through many of the same issues young men face today.
For a long time, I bounced from one problem to the next. I was angry, frustrated, and constantly asking myself why life always seemed so hard. Like a lot of blokes, I never gave much thought to my mental or physical health, until life forced me to realise they were the cornerstones of everything.
When I started taking care of my wellbeing, I reconnected to what was important. It also gave me the chance to re-engage with life and get back in the driver’s seat, taking responsibility instead of just being dragged along. That shift sparked something in me.
I wanted other young men to feel that same sense of strength, clarity, and direction. But I knew the standard therapy setting often falls flat. Sitting across from someone in a room, being asked how you feel — it didn’t work for me, and I knew I wasn’t the only one.
So I built something different. KickFit Minds combines movement, mindset, and mentoring in a way that feels natural, practical, and real. It’s a space where young blokes can test themselves, build confidence, and discover what they’re truly capable of.
For me, Bloke2Bloke comes down to one thing… creating happy and productive young men — moving them closer to becoming the bloke they want to be.

What We Stand For
Bloke2Bloke is built on values that shape every session, every interaction, and every outcome. These values guide how we show up, and why young men keep showing up too
Judgment Free Zone
We’re here to give young men space, understanding and honest support, without labels or judgement
Collaboration
This is never a one-way chat — it’s a group of blokes figuring things out together.
Connection
Our groups are built on connections that make young men feel understood and part of something.
Genuine Interest
We get to know the young blokes we work with and genuinely care about helping them figure things out
Meaningful Progress
Every group session is about shared learning — everyone walks away with something new every time.
Creative thinking
We don’t follow a fixed script or throw out generic advice. Each group session is about fresh perspectives and meaningful insights that come from everyone in the room.
No matter what we’re doing — from conversations to challenges — these principles underpin everything we do.
